A new motorhome park has been constructed, 52 pitches, beautifully situated. Full service point for 2 campers side by side. Free for now and no electricity yet. Within walking distance of everything.

It's indeed a very nice and modern campervan site by Portuguese standards. The poster states that this site is free during the trial period, but it doesn't specify how long it lasts. A voluntary contribution is requested, and rightly so.
When we were there, there were many German guests with children, so it was already crowded early in the morning. They seemed to think it was a campsite, which is a shame.

This CP has been completely renovated and is now beautiful.
Over 40 spaces, several service stations. It's free, although they did come by to collect a donation for the elderly in the village.
Beautiful hiking trails in the area.
Highly recommended!
