There's something wrong with the information here.
This isn't a public RV parking area, but rather a space you can rent to safely park your RV or caravan.

It is a well-maintained camper place, with good sanitary facilities, sufficient toilets, showers, washing-up areas, etc. in a nice location: a large shopping centre with e.g. IKEA, 3 fast food chains, clothing stores, etc. The historic centre of Jerez can be reached in half an hour on foot. And that for a very low price!
