We would also certainly like to second this with 5 stars; a campsite that is impeccable. But fish lovers, take note: we have a great recommendation, something very special: the 'High Sea' - see photo - at fish restaurant 'de Zeebodem' in Urk (8.0 km by bike). Enjoy tuna, salmon, eel, quiche with crayfish, pasta with shrimp, a small salmon sandwich, and a kind of scoopable fries, all served in a fun way. Don't hesitate and go!

What a great location. Friendly owners. Warm welcome. Excellent sanitary facilities. Definitely a place to come back to. Visiting the island of Schokland is certainly worthwhile.
