Just look for a camper place in Rjukan. Most are closed, also the ones at the supply and discharge facilities, so those facilities are there, but not the rest. Go to Bobilparking in time, a small park opposite the Rema 1000 supermarket. 
6 places available, one past the charging station, indicated as plass 1. You can sit in the park with your chairs. The bus to Oslo also stops there. Beautiful surroundings. Electricity and waste bin. Pay cash, envelope available.

Nice place! Neat places, electricity. No other facilities. Quiet sleeping. Were there eventually with 5 campers.

camper place is a normal parking lot. an ideal place to visit the industrial worker museum. this is definitely worth it. At the train station you can buy tickets for the bus that will take you there.
