One night, Sunday to Monday, is manageable. The parking lot is quite busy in the evenings, with lots of pedestrians and cars coming and going, stopping with their engines running, and then driving away. Dealers? Didn't feel uneasy, especially since the police patrol there regularly. Perhaps it's quieter during the week. A great place to explore the city, about a 2-kilometer walk along a beautiful path across from the parking lot.
