Spacious official paved parking spaces for campers. Lawn. Shade. View of the Loch. Quiet night. There is a dilapidated caravan.

A beautiful spot in itself, were it not for the fact that there are quite a few permanently inhabited caravans, including noisy generators and residents. Workers in folding trailers and the like also stay here for extended periods. A pity; the municipality apparently tolerates this.

It is, however, a nice starting point for cycling to Largs and Kelburn Castle, among other places.

Great spot, signposted to indicate where you can pitch.
Beautiful view of the water and the nearby marina.
Cycle path next to the campervan near the Vinkstadje (small town of Largs), restrooms with toilet paper a 5-minute walk away.
