Well, you have to experience the most in Iceland. This campsite seems to be one of them!
Neat, but very mediocre in every way. The terrain is good. The village is nothing special, with a small shop that's closed on weekends and Wednesdays.
€40 for 2 people per person and an additional 400 kr for a shower.
The dreary weather does play a slight role in the rating.

Great big campsite with the necessary neat facilities. Partly on gravel and the rest on grass. Nice view of the mountains when it is not too cloudy.

extremely full due to a festival. because of that too
a lot of noise
the camping site until very late. 
but apart from that, too little of everything. And therefore not clean.
