Indeed: Everything is quite outdated, but the spacious camper spots are fine and the sanitary facilities are clean. 
The campsite is located on the land side of the road, so the view from the campsite is not much. It is beautiful when you cross the road, so from the ferry square. 
You can eat simple but tasty food in the restaurant, not expensive by Norwegian standards, up to 210 NOK. 
You discharge grey water into a drain at the exit of the campsite.

Small campsite, looks sad but due to lack of supply in the area, 1 night including electricity cost 325NOK, sanitary facilities are outdated and dirty, smelled terrible. We came there to wash, both machines old, washing machine cost 20NOK for 36min, dryer was 10NOK per 18 minutes, strange system and the laundry was not dried sufficiently. Camping owner met us halfway by paying until laundry was dry.

Spacious pitches and quiet campsite. Beautiful view. Behind the campsite, a walking route along the river. 
Delicious food in the restaurant on the campsite. 
Sanitary facilities are outdated but clean. Wifi included in the price.
