Well-equipped and maintained campervan site with all necessary amenities. A very nice town to visit. The castle ruins are currently partially closed due to the risk of collapse, but the beautiful viewing platform is accessible. Suddenly, the campervan site was overrun with caravans, despite the explicit ban. These turned out to belong to a single (loud) family and only left after decisive action by the city warden and the police.

Great, quiet and tidy camper place, Karlstad is a nice town with nice restaurants within walking distance.

perfect camper place Arrive on time, fills up quickly. Over the bridge and you are in the city. 
electricity is paid but with € 1.50 per day you can go a long way, you do need your own shower and toilet
