We were here 7/27/2020. Large empty field next to the Latvian Forest Service building. Very helpful people, free laundry and coffee in the main building. Sanitary good in a separate building. Small lake, water unfortunately dirty and green. Cycling to Luban's 'lake' (no water, but swamp) a disaster. 15 km (2x) on bad gravel roads. Interesting experience in poor part of Latvia.

The field is beautiful. The reception is professional and you can pay with card! The toilet building is unfortunately quite far from the camping field. Sometimes you need a very long cable for power. Showers without privacy otherwise he got a 7. Are you coming back here? Well don't think so.
