beautiful spot at the foot of the ruins. the road to it is narrow and steep but for our camper of 2 meters 35 wide this was doable. for larger campers I would not try this. facilities are available only we could not get the water working. lovely quiet spot in the middle of a forest with beautiful walking area between the grapes.

Great spot under the castle. Electric hookup can be paid by PayPal for 6€ per night. water available for a fee and grey water discharge for free. great hiking and cycling in the area. 

Two other vans were here at Easter break, and none in November. 

There is a restaurant, but it was not open on either visit in 2021.

Wonderfully quiet place in a beautiful ruin forest. Water, discharge and electricity, the latter for € 2.00 per night. It is still a long way up to the Gastwirtschaft where you have to pay. Access road not recommended for very large campers.
