For the umpteenth time at this spot as a stopover. Received a very friendly welcome and paid the (now) 32 euros for the well-maintained camper pitch (grass) located below the campsite. By now, you hear very little of the railway line due to the measures they have taken against the noise. And you hear absolutely nothing of the Brenner Pass because you are situated underneath it. Remains a top spot close to the village.

we stayed 1 night on the grass field behind a locked gate (for which you get a pass). 31,= per night + 5,= deposit for the pass. nice grass field, water discharge and refill and empty toilet. there are no toilets and showers here. 
5 minutes walk from old small town, very cozy. we were with our dog. 

the camping place including everything was €65,=. quite a hefty price.

CamperContact is a little confusing here. There are 3 sites in this vicinity, all managed by the hotel Gamp reception.  The campsite has its own listing and there are two motorhome stopovers priced at €29 & €24 inc electricity.  The cheaper one is across the road, next to the bus station. 

We stayed in the €29 site with grass pitches, they were level,  grey and black waste disposal and washing up facility.  No showers or toilets.  Nice site.
