The area is fine and not expensive, but they need to improve the center of the asphalt; it's a mud pit that leaves the ground filthy when you get in your vehicle.

Great place to spend the night. So no blocks right on top of it. At the Mercadona supermarket, the WC is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and there is a fresh coffee bean machine. There is even a microwave to heat up your food. It is quiet after midnight, and truck traffic picks up again around 5:00 AM. For €10, we are not complaining. Emptying point, filling water, and chemical disposal are free.

We ended up here by chance, but we haven't regretted it. Water and sewage connections are available, and the proximity to the beach (about 20 minutes away) is excellent.
