It was the only campsite on the spit, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The campsite itself seems to still be in winter hibernation… the waste disposal facilities etc. take some getting used to, and the pitches are quite rustic. OK for an overnight stay.

Very peaceful campsite but with dated facilities! "Out of season", we checked in via intercom and were told where we could pitch and where the water, grey and black waste were situated. Payment was either in cash or bank transfer. The price of €32 was a shock to the system - especially as the gents and the ladies had to share the same sanitary block, divided only by 2 shower curtains. The cubicles themselves were not private and in need of tlc.

we were there on 15..17 August. The location of the campsite is beautiful and very quiet at night. but the campsite is confusing, chaotic and untidy. bathrooms are inadequate and dirty for the amount of people. given the cost, you expect better. The only campsite in the area (that deserves to be seen)
