A beautiful place to spend a night if you plan to hike up. You should only do this if you're in good shape and wearing good shoes!
The road up is very narrow, so with a campervan, only go up in the morning, come down at the end of the day, or stay overnight and then go back down early the next morning. You really don't want oncoming traffic...

Beautiful spot at the start of the walk! You pay for the overnight stay and day's parking (total of about €40).

Great spot if you want to hike to the glacier. There are no facilities other than the restaurant's restrooms during opening hours. The path there is easy to walk. Take it easy and maybe back up a bit.
