At the end of November, it was pouring rain in the evening while driving and then I found this spot with electricity.

Small parking space, lots of noise and dust from trucks and drunk people. Trash everywhere, and the bins overflowing.

Great place. In the back, on the grass, wonderfully quiet and on the water. Company consists of fishermen.
