As many as three stars for the "middle of nowhere" aesthetics. 
As for services - pityful, I wouldn't dream of attempting the black water dump, not just on the grounds of what I might get splashed back, but what about previous users! Fresh water - enclosed within the same grimy cabinet - are you really sure? 
Road a bit noisy but livable, potential for a nice stopover if the services were addressed. Levelling likely for some bays.

We stayed here at the end of March and there was water and it was free. The black waste point is poorly designed but it works in its own smelly way.

There are electric point but they use a unique 7 pin plug. I suspect they are for traders at a market.
