We had originally planned to stay two nights at this campsite – but that spontaneously turned into seven. The site is an ideal base for exploring Mount Vesuvius, the surrounding towns, and Naples (Napoli) – easily accessible by train, for example. We'd especially like to commend the owner: she is incredibly warm and caring. We hardly had to worry about a thing. Simply wonderful.

Excellent campsite for €25 in the heart of Pompeii (a 15-minute walk). The owners can provide a nice dinner (pizza and bruschetta) for two years in your campervan for €25. Note: chemical toilet disposal is not always possible.

A great base for a visit to the ancient site. Warm welcome by the owner. Don't forget to visit the fantastically beautiful Dom. We have visited many churches but this one stands head and shoulders above the rest. Wonderful that peace and quiet of the Dom in contrast to the ancient site that has become a large amusement park in contrast to 20 years ago.
