The drinking water is working again. It costs €1 (payable with a €1 coin) for 25 liters. The drain for the gray water is a bit small. The black water drain, with a separate tap for cleaning the cassette toilet, works fine.

No potable water (not working, otherwise it’s €1 for 50l) for the moment. there is a spigot for non-potable water that you cannot hookup to, but you can fill a bucket. 
grey and black water dumping.
laundry next to camper station.

Now apparently "parking on CEPSA's private property" = 1 euro per hour.
Waste disposal still seems to be free. Water 1 euro per 50l.
