The manager is great, the sanitary facilities are outdated but very clean, and the pitches are spacious. Three stars because when we were there, there was a large group of children in the cottages making a lot of screaming. Regular guests, Spaniards, arrived from Friday and took over the campsite. There was an enormous amount of noise and BBQ smell until midnight. Fine pitches for weekdays, outside of holiday season.

The owners are absolutely friendly and helpful. We were here on a Thursday and Friday. On Thursday, some cottages were rented out to some sort of kids' camp, causing the pool to be terrorized by screaming and shouting children. They left on Friday. Peace... Until the influx of regular guests arrived. Terrible noise and antisocial behavior from the guests who apparently thought they owned the campsite.

A real Spanish campsite. The sanitary facilities are dated but are kept spotlessly clean. Lots of low bean-shaped canopies and sun nets, so watch out for tall campers. Many regulars and very busy on weekends. We were almost completely alone here midweek. Very peaceful that way. The restaurant has limited opening hours. Beautiful cycling area along the Via Verde to Gandia and Olivia.
