We stay here quite often; great spots, especially for that price.

Close to the town of Bocholt, supermarket and bakery within walking distance, small park by the Aasee. Insufficient sanitary facilities for the number of pitches, but we didn't need them.

Nice campsite. Traffic, well, you can hear it, but it doesn't bother you. All amenities are available. You can top up your electricity usage. Shops and the town center are within walking distance. Church square with a shop selling fresh Dutch-cut fries. Leveling up is necessary as the spots aren't very flat. Beautiful surroundings for walking and cycling.

Unfortunately, we can only give 3 stars. The proximity to the city center, the museum, and the Aasee lake might be a plus. However, the noise from the street and the people loitering at night are very negative. €12 is too expensive. The owner was very friendly.
