I don't give a star at all
the route there is already a challenge
when we arrived the hotel was closed
the camper place was there but no one to be seen for check-in
not the whole evening
toilets were neat and clean
the next morning we went to the hotel 3 times to pay.through a side door
after the fourth time someone came from the fourth floor
he hadn't heard me
instead of 38,— euro he wanted 30,—
was worth 0

I only give 2 stars because I have never had to pay extra and I mean extra for toilets and showers. Parking with loading and unloading and electricity costs 30 euros plus 7.50 euros per person to use the services, a bit absurd

Unfortunately only 4 stars.  The camper place is beautiful, friendly managers, fantastic surroundings, but I think 7 euros per day for use of the shower and toilet is too much. I will probably come back for some skiing in April.
