We found it to be a beautiful place to stay overnight. It is true that it is difficult to determine whether or not overnight stays are permitted. However, in our case, several campers were parked there. We were not bothered by the nearby road. Also good to know: there is a nice restaurant 700 meters away.

we were here on september 13th. It is not indicated anywhere that there are camper places, but it was very quiet and even the police let us stay

In itself a nice place right on the Neckar. we were here on sunday may 1. Swimming pool just opened but no crowds yet. Because it was Sunday and nice weather, many picnickers with barbecues. Road across Neckar busy and clearly audible. We didn't stay here overnight.
