We arrived after midnight on Saturday night/Sunday morning. We were a bit shocked by all the chilling young people, but there were a number of campers at the very back that we parked in between, and in the end, nothing happened. There were a few cars further back at the very back with their headlights on, but that didn't bother us. For a one-time getaway to find some peace and quiet, it's not bad.

Friday during the Easter weekend at the camper site at the front: young people with cars until about 5:30. Honking, loud music, exhaust pipes, and lots of fun.

Perhaps the campers at the back left of the parking lot weren't bothered by it?

The spots are level, and the parking lot is clean.
Power is available at a service station and charges by the token per hour. Charging time is a maximum of 3 hours. We didn't use it, so we don't know if it works.
You're in the middle of a city, so there's a lot of activity.
The bakery is, of course, close by.
