Convenient for visiting the city or sleeping overnight, you can park for 6 hours with a parking disc. Obviously, there's total anarchy, with buses and campers coming and going at all hours.
No bathrooms or other amenities.
There's a small bar, but it doesn't have coffee :(

Formally, this is allowed for a maximum of 6 hours for 5 months. Many people do not understand Norwegian. No further facilities at the kiosk toilets.
The road afterwards is narrow and winding.

It is clearly indicated on various signs that you can park here for a maximum of 6 hours from May 1 to October 1. Perfect parking space for visiting the village.
