No idea what the situation is with the previous owner, but this campsite is now closed, apparently due to storm damage, and I think it will be a while before it reopens.

Beautiful spot under the pine trees. Very quiet location.

Mideni The campsite is temporarily closed due to storm damage.
The manager said they'll be working on it for a few more months, so it's a good idea to check if it's open again yet. 😉 (I couldn't remove the asterisk above.)
