Indeed a great spot. From our campervan, a 180-degree panorama with islands and hilltops, and in the foreground a beach with beautiful pebbles, sunbathing seals, a chance of spotting an otter in the morning, and more. Right by the road, but no disturbing noise. Young, enthusiastic, super nice owners. Sanitary facilities are in excellent condition. Beware: coming from the west, do not follow the campsite sign; this B8057 leads to a different campsite.

There is really nothing to add to Elie's review. What a beautiful, peaceful place right by the sea. Everything is very well taken care of by the enthusiastic owners. The seal spectacle is beautiful. The walk to the secluded Shaggan Bay (beautiful sea and sandy beach) is highly recommended. It starts a 10-minute drive from the campsite; turn onto the small road around the corner from the gas station/shop. The walk through Laide Forest, which is maintained by the village itself, is also top-notch.
