We usually receive a friendly response to our inquiry about a campsite, including instructions on how to make a reservation. Instead, we received a curt email without a "please" or "thank you," riddled with spelling and grammatical errors, and instructing us to consult various laws and EU directives to determine our dog's category. We declined. There are more pleasant alternatives.

Great place to stay. A good base for visiting the city or for walking or cycling.

We stayed at the campsite for three nights and had a very comfortable stay. The location is good, a 4.8 km bike ride from the city center. The place has charm, even if the aircraft noise is a bit annoying. But you know that in advance when booking a campsite near a commercial airport.

The restrooms were always clean, albeit basic, and the staff was very friendly!

Prices aren't cheap… Düsseldorf, after all.
