Ode to the municipality. Great spot. Well lit and felt completely safe, even though there was only one other camper there.

You pay for electricity with euro coins: €1.00 for 4 hours of power.

There is indeed a toilet dump station. It's behind the concrete water column in the ground. I've added a photo. Remove the concrete cover and you can use it. The town is really beautiful!

Everything was as described. A top-notch spot. The only drawback: there's no way to empty the toilet cassette.

Very nice and quiet location. walking distance from the beautiful town where you will find a bar and bakery, as well as a pizza baker and a small grocery store. Also a public (clean) toilet. 
The view from the camper spot is unmatched. 
Tip: also walk over the cemetery. As a Dutch person you will be amazed.
