I don't understand what people are complaining about. It's a good and easy facility for emptying cassettes and disposing of gray water. And the fresh water tap is a good distance from the waste hole (which, incidentally, has a separate tap).
The only problem is that you have to get a key for the fresh water. You might have to pay for that, which I don't think is unreasonable. Large campervans in Scandinavia easily take 100 liters of fuel.

would give 0 points should pay 5 euros for 10 fresh water here. That's pure rip-off... gray water also 5 euros. I went to the next one much nicer and friendlier

On the side of the large yellow building on the side of the main road is a hatch for emptying the toilet cassette and a well for emptying dirty water (possibly for a fee, but that was not very clear in poor English). To take water you need a separate key, which can be obtained from the restaurant. There is also a waste line (paper, cardboard, glass, cans).
