Location is great. Close to the park and arterial roads. Enormous potential.

But 1 shower, 1 toilet, and 3 urinals for 70 spots is very uncomfortable. Especially when the entire toilet area and urinals form a single space that you have to lock off. There is no separate door for the toilet. Besides the fact that you pay 50 cents per toilet visit, it is very disturbing when others are waiting for you outside the door.
This really needs to improve.

Beautifully situated site with quite a few advantages. Spacious pitches, a clean toilet, and a shower. You can choose a pitch with or without electricity. Opposite the pitch lies a beautiful park, and behind it the Reichswald, an enormous forest where you can walk endlessly. It is a good kilometer walk to the lively city center. A supermarket is 300 meters away. And granted, the language of the house rules sounds a bit commanding, but that didn't bother us.

Terrible campervan site
You MUST park in a certain direction, even if you're tilted, the owners don't care. Finding another spot is pointless; you're tilted everywhere. You're not allowed to drive on the grass; if you want to fit in the spot, it's impossible not to touch the grass. The toilet (50 cents) is always locked. The shower (1 euro) is a very outdated stall, and there's only one. We left and will never come back!
