Great spot, currently very sandy, but understandable with all the drought.
The sanitary facilities are clean and tidy. You know there are children at the campsite, so there could be a bit more sand or grass sometimes.
Comments about mosquitoes and flies: what can the owner do about that? It's the time of year, and you already know there are flies where there are horses.

A great campsite for children to enjoy themselves.

JorisBea: Be honest! The entire campsite was able to enjoy your unwarranted discomfort; you completely ignored the campsite rules. Your view was of the field, not the broken roof. Our view was of a huge camper tearing up the grass and demanding pretentions because they consume a lot of electricity—much more than the average consumer at the campsite. From now on, book a luxury campsite.
We had a great time and agree with all the great reviews.

The restrooms and pool were clean. Our first pitch was next to a dreary building with plastic tarps. We moved. The pitches consisted of dry black sand with tall weeds. A lot of flies in the camper despite the mosquito screens. The electricity didn't work, and the owner refused a simple solution, saying, "Too much hassle?" Disinterest in the customer! We left early and will never return.
