This is not a campground. No facilities, no water fill-up available.  This is a working farm that allows you to park overnight as long as you don’t get in the way of their workers. No wine tasting, no tours, no bottles for purchase.   We watched the grape pickers but were not allowed to walk into the fields.

There is a toilet. You can park here for free. Saint Emilion is around the corner (Unesco heritage site: beautiful). 
although on a fairly busy road during the day. 
you can dump in Pomerol. 
there is room for several campers. 
because it is a busy season for the owner no tasting opportunity for the wines, but therefore no feeling of "having to buy something".
