The parking area is frequented by tour buses, so there's no height restriction.

The average stay for tour groups is 8 minutes – after that, it's quiet again. Some parking spaces even offer level parking and a good view all the way to Scotland.

A great opportunity to see the Red Carrick Bridge. It's a good place to stay overnight. There's a lot of traffic during the day due to the beautiful view. Very quiet after 8 p.m.

stayed here on 9/9 and it’s beautiful. lots of spaces and a lot of coach tours coming and going but no one stays too long. despite being on the road it’s lovely and quiet overnight. plenty of tables
