Beautiful place but you have to be self-sufficient of course. Fantastic view over the Vistula and ferry. I did take the trouble to translate the sign that said 'camping and making fires prohibited'. We decided to stay anyway. In the morning it started to rain. Since it didn't look like it would stop, we left, not wanting to risk getting stuck.

Great place if you are self-sufficient. We stood on the river, among the Polish fishermen who very kindly discussed whether it was okay for them to go fishing next to us and to arrive with beers. From here we visited Kazimierz Dolny, which is too touristy for our taste, but it is a beautiful town.

Great stopover where you park on hardened sandy grass overlooking the river and ferry. There are one or two places to pull in on the parking area and the lane along the river. The road down to the ferry is signed and is large blocks of concrete so is a bit bumpy. The view is lovely and even during the day it was quiet, some fishermen in the morning also a few cars sightseeing and some vehicles for the ferry, over night and early morning it was silent?!
