3 stars because there are both pros and cons.

+ surroundings with walking and cycling opportunities

+ spacious pitches, paved and flat
+ dog run area
+ playground for children

-/+ sanitary facilities are outdated but clean
- €1 for a lukewarm shower, best if you go alone due to water flow
- only 4 showers during high occupancy?

- water for washing dishes lukewarm after a long wait.
- only 5A power connection
- looks quite messy, but work is being done on it.

It is quiet here, right on walking/cycling routes, beautiful green surroundings. Plenty of pitches to choose from, tavern (friendly service) with a large terrace, large playground, a dog racing track, a large dog meadow. Basic shower but okay, no hot shower but preferable as is, bring your own toilet paper, but that is the case at several campsites (we have been to much worse). 2 km from Westerlo, we will definitely come back.

Nice green spot, you can walk straight into the woods. Things are under construction. Old caravans are being replaced by small fixed units. Sanitary facilities are basic, but everything is there. Nice and quiet at night. Price with new VAT 22 euros.
