I wouldn't say it's a place for spending the night due to the lack of space. It's a small, well-used car park at the main entrance to the Saepinum archaeological site (which is a must-see). 
There's a free Area Camper 15 minutes away in Bojano.

 we were here 24-5-2022. It was nice to find this nice place here in this camping-less area. with the surprise of a second Pompeii.
because there is now also an entrance and parking space on the main road ss88, you will not find this quiet nice place immediately. The coordinates are. N41 25'55" E14 37'00".

we were here on 2 / 3-10-2019. Interesting site with some beautiful remains. Small parking but very quiet overnight. The catering facility was closed.
