What a lovely campsite! So relaxed. All kinds of pitches to choose from. The football field has been transformed into a campsite with nice vegetation. Sunny and shady spots.

We stayed there for two nights during one of the small-scale theatre performances on the grounds. We cycled to the Wadden Sea and had lunch at ‘t Zielhoes.

Highly recommended if you enjoy just good old-fashioned camping. The sanitary facilities were clean and tidy.

Also, look up their theatre performances.

Beautiful campsite with a very friendly welcome. Choose your own spot on a former football field. Washing facilities are not optimal but adequate. The atmosphere is very relaxed!

Very friendly welcome! Lots of photos from 3 or 4 years ago; now it is a beautiful green oasis with trees and tall grass. Plenty of space to stand on the grass with mowed walking paths. You have free choice of a spot. Additionally, there is a large grass field and a running track for playing football or cycling. Adjacent is a school with a large playground.
Appingedam and Delfzijl are easily accessible by bike. The kids had a wonderful time going on adventures while we enjoyed the sun.
