Wonderfully quiet, and in May (open from mid-May to Oct 1) beautifully green. The swimming pool opens in June. The restaurant in July, because a new team is arriving. Wi-Fi only at reception, but the speed there is limited. Hot showers, though inconvenient with hooks outside the shower.

nice location, nice welcome, but closed until next year!

We were here on April 7th to discover that after about 5 km of hairpin bends the campsite was closed. Campercontact indicated that the campsite would be open. Is this a mistake by Campercontact or by the campsite owners who failed to report that they were closed. To let your guests drive up the mountain without indicating at the beginning that Camp Umbria is 'chiuso' is particularly unfriendly to customers.
