We stayed here on a Saturday night because there was nowhere else to stay in the immediate area. It was full of trash, there was a lot of noise at night, lots of traffic, and the garbage truck came to empty the containers, including the glass.
Perhaps it's okay to park during the day and cycle to the city center, but I wouldn't recommend staying overnight.
The small supermarket nearby is good, though. Open 24/7 and fresh bread is available.

good for overnight stay, shop next to parking and bar besides good Belgian sandwiches, I go there regularly

We slept here from Wednesday to Thursday. What a drama! Lots of noise all night long from trucks and cars delivering waste: this parking lot is extremely polluted with rubbish.
And at 2 o'clock at night the bottle bank was emptied...! 
Never again for us!
