No downsides at all! Even a swimming pool.
We're driving a Ford F150 with a camper unit, and the campground owner wanted to know all about it. He then showed us his own 1953 American truck. Beautiful👍

clean sanitary facilities
washing machine 3 pounds, dryer 2 pounds
indoor swimming pool
many seasonal pitches
it is all in so 35 pounds per night

Beautiful and spacious camper pitches and a very helpful campsite owner.
We had a motor problem with the camper. He sent for a friend who solved it in an hour that evening. Top 👍
