Great place, the city is around the corner, you can walk to the IJssel and look at the harbor.
Power can be managed via the on/off switch, and it is also possible to take on water and empty the cassette. Thanks Zutphen, many municipalities could take a leaf out of your book.

The spot is really just one parking space specifically for campers up to ±7.00 meters, next to a parking lot for 250 cars. No place to sit next to the camper, but okay! Thanks, Municipality of Zutphen, for this nice spot. You are spending money on food and such at local businesses anyway.

Good location on the edge of the cozy center. Arrive on time, as the spots fill up quickly. Electricity is expensive, 1 euro per kWh.
