The campsite is officially open from Midsummer's Eve to mid-August with all facilities available, and from mid-August to the end of September, only pitches with running water are available.

Perfect! Such peace and tranquility. Incredibly kind people who volunteer at the campsite. The sanitary facilities are excellent, with showers requiring 5sek tokens.

Note: Open from June 19th to August 17th. After that, there's no reception, but self-check-in. The sanitary facilities will close after August 17th, but there will be dishwashing facilities, treading ladders, and gray and black water disposal.

We had a wonderful time at this hospitable campsite, and we had the most beautiful spot🤭, right at the back overlooking the lake. Very hospitable; a small shop 1 km away; a nice bike ride to Rättvik, where you can swim, and there's a good shower there too. Hardly any road noise. We were bothered by the fact that there was only one shower (fortunately we're self-sufficient), and the shower 🚿 was basic. Shower blocks are definitely needed. But what peace and quiet.
