Quiet camper site close to the charming city of Leeuwarden. Walking distance to the city center approx. half an hour. Good communication via email and WhatsApp. Flexible manager. Campsite located by a small lake.

The access road is very narrow and prohibited for vehicles wider than 2.2m. Even with smaller vans, you have to swerve to avoid cyclists and watch out that you don't end up in the ditch.

Nice campsite, though the pitches are small and close together but not bothersome. The sanitary facilities are a bit outdated and could be a bit cleaner. The playground could use a makeover; my granddaughter liked it, but there is a crack in the slide and the seesaw is full of splinters. We were bothered a lot by mosquitoes (in early August). Otherwise, it is a campsite to come back to. There is a narrow road leading up to it, which looks like a bike path.
