Very beautiful campsite. Spacious pitches. Sanitary facilities are fine. Host Rudolf is a host through and through. Everything was well organized. We particularly enjoyed the "Ruudje" sausages. Franeker, Harlingen, etc. are all within cycling distance. In short, highly recommended.

Where to begin, Host Rudolf, you are simply top-notch; what a jovial welcome, with all the necessary explanations. The sanitary facilities are an example for many others. From here, there is a small, well-stocked Spar in Arum, 4.5 km away. Harlingen and, a little further away, Leeuwarden are perfectly accessible by bike; if we return to the region in the future, we know where to go.

Last year was such a great experience, thanks in part to host Rudolf, that we definitely wanted to come back this year.
And we were already there for 14 days over Pentecost, and now again for a week.
It is highly recommended; close to Franeker, Harlingen, and Bolsward by bike.
Top-notch and super clean sanitary facilities, and also a cozy kitchen/canteen in the sanitary building. Rudolf, you are the best!!
