Dear people, we all know it, the man is a scammer, this has been going on for years and he doesn't care.
People, be sensible and find another place.

The long grass and actually all the greenery is in dire need of maintenance. There is no toilet paper; you have to provide your own. The reception is unmanned most of the time. The price-quality ratio is therefore somewhat off.

Never go there.
