Quadenoord is truly one of my favorite nature campsites.

When the weather is nice, I travel to various nature campsites with my rooftop tent on a trailer, but this is the only one where I have already been four times and stay longer than three days. I am currently pitched at the edge of a beautiful wildflower meadow, with a view over the pasture. The manager is super nice and always comes over for a friendly chat. For me, everything is just right here: peace, nature, and atmosphere.

Lovely spot, but on the site I read ‘…simple, in the middle of nature and completely self-sufficient on a special spot for campers >6.5m under the American oaks. No electricity or Wi-Fi at your spot, no running water, but the luxury of silence, (…) Due to sanitary challenges, we ask you to be completely self-sufficient and not to use the sanitary building. Having 4x4 drive is mandatory…’
