Stayed a few nights last summer, lovely spot. Enjoyed a nice bike ride and saw the solar eclipse perfectly from where we were parked.

The sanitary facilities are a bit older, but not everything at home is new either. It works, and that is fine.

Stayed for 2 nights, pitches spacious, fine. Friendly owner, who runs the small-scale campsite as a hobby. The sanitary facilities are basic, but clean. Everything is dated though, the Wi-Fi is poor, at least where we were staying. It is a beautiful area for cycling, close to the Wadden Sea and Pieterburen.

Great campsite. Large pitches, nice and spacious. Very personal and useful tips for the surrounding area. Naturally, mudflat walking in Pieterburen. Very nice.
We stayed on the hottest day of June (2026). The heat has its consequences; namely massive thunderstorms, lightning, and very heavy rain (not normal). In the morning, the owner came to check on all the guests. Very nice 👍. Thank you.
