What a beautiful campsite. Four different fields with spacious pitches. It is incomprehensible that so many pitches are unoccupied. You are welcomed by an incredibly friendly couple. There are three toilet blocks. Even a gender-neutral one. The surroundings are beautiful. Great bike rides through the Hoge Land. In short, highly recommended.

We stayed at the Maarlandhoeve for four nights starting April 22.
First of all, many thanks to the owners for their logistical and friendly support and for providing a beautiful location with excellent facilities.

Uithuizen is a fantastic starting point for exploring the Groningen Highlands, on foot, by bike, or by train. Highly recommended! Trevor & Lisette
