Location on the marina site - sign up at the shop at Maasboulevard 101, park in the driveway - arrival before 8 p.m. - directly on the water between the Roer and the Maas - fewer facilities in winter season, see website - Designer Outlet 2.1 km - center 800m

## Location host

Our camper place is open from 1 February to 1 December and accessible daily from 9:00 to 20:00. We have about 20 camper places where you can use sanitary facilities, electricity and water. From 12:00 your 'booked' place is available and on the day of departure the camper place must be released again at 12:00. During the winter period (February & March) the sanitary building is completely closed. Emptying your chemical toilet is also not possible during this period.

Perfect for one or two nights, very close to downtown, 6mins walking, and also close to the outlet center, no more than 10 min's walk. Has everything you need, only the men WC where there was only one open to a full camping occupation. We will return for sure.

The campsite is very centrally located. The supermarket in the old town and the outlet mall are all within a few minutes' walk! The sanitary facilities are perfectly fine. Electricity is available at 6 amps. The ground is gravelled. There's a wall in front of the marina to protect against flooding! We will definitely come back!
